Great service but make sure to ask questions

Service was great, was done properly and in a timely manner. The only negative is that I made a call to ask about their rate for installing tires on my car. When I came in to have it done they … More confirmed the price was correct. But then they asked me if I was going to want the tires balanced as well. Every place I called gave me a rate for installing tires which includes balancing them. But Chihuahua’s said it was an added expense, which changed the total price I had to pay. It ended up being a similar price as other places. But I didn’t like that they quote you a lower rate to get you in the door and last minute they split the process of the service you are getting into different steps that are “added expenses” when it’s something that it’s supposed to be included. It’s like having a price for a hamburger, you order it and at the last minute they ask you if you want it cooked, cause that be an added expense. Common sense says it’s gotta be cooked. Same thing with installing tires. I had tire shops closer to my house but I went there cause of the better rate and ended up being even more than other places I called. So, besides the sketchy pricing, the actual service at the shop was well done and fast. People at the shop are great. Staff at the office? Just make sure to ask every single question as to not to be surprised at the end. Less
